Mangum Memorial Scholarship is a $2,000 annual award to encourage collegiate studies in the field of agriculture and related industries.  The Scholarship honors the contributions of a lifelong Maryland resident, Director and Member of the Montgomery County Farm Bureau, respected Montgomery County businessman, and pioneer in the national horticultural & landscape contracting industry.  The Scholarship is administered by the Montgomery County Farm Bureau.  

 
* The Mangums three sons are graduates of Paint Branch HS.
